An contemporary restaurant group with over 15 restaurants seeks a highly experienced business manager to oversee the group, and matching the following specifications Tertiary Degree A hands on managing OR operations director, within a multi restaurant or retail group, overseeing more than 15 different restaurant / retail outlets currently Must be a highly experienced and astute business manager with a proven track record within a group of restaurants offering exclusive dining experiences Will be dealing with all restaurant operations, Finance, Supplier agreements, Marketing, Senior new hires etc Senior Direct reports include Regional Operations Management, Financial Management and IT/Social media as well as Restaurant GMs This is a EE appointment and only open to Black, Coloured or Indian candidates with Executive Management experience in superior restaurant This is not a Restaurant, General Manager or Store Manager role but a Director / CEO role for a highly experience business manager within retail or restaurant operations Candidates currently holding minimum an Divisional role within a restaurant or retail group open to South African Nationals only DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE Executive Management EXPERIENCE LISTED ABOVE.
