Prepare comprehensive quotations for submission to Engineering Manager. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all costing activities. Compile offer letters outlining project details and key clauses. Submit quotations to clients within specified time-frames. Engineering: Provide tailored engineering solutions to meet client needs. Conceptualize solutions and provide cost estimates. Create Bills of Materials (BOM) and labor estimates based on technical expertise. Review electrical schematics and provide technical support. Facilitate kickoff meetings with operations teams. Support workshop and operations documentation. Project Planning and Engineering Support: Assist in preparing detailed timing schedules and tracking project progress. Ensure timely procurement of materials within budget. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to meet delivery dates. Follow up on tender submissions. Design: Complete quality control plans for operations. Assist in electrical design activities for projects. Minimum Qualifications: NTC 6 or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Skills/Knowledge Required: 2-3 years' experience in the Automotive industry. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
