Electrical Foreman - Cape Town City Centre
Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman.
Key Performance Areas:
Site Management
- Ensure the site is in working order
- Management of all project plans
- Liaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractor
- Ensure timeous tool and material availability
- Complete snagging and de-snagging
Team Management
- Ensure employee productivity
- Maintain employee discipline
- Manage employee timekeeping
- Motivation of team members
Health and Safety Assurance
- Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specification
- Ensure health and safety file is up to date
- Attend and report to site-related instances as per SOP
Quality Assurance
- Maintain the highest quality on all jobs
Administrative
- All administrative functions related to the site management
Qualification and Experience:
8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Electrical Foreman.
Electrical Trade Test Certificate
Wireman's license advantageous
