To supervise, organise and ensure safe and effective electrical equipment by conducting inspections, repairs and maintenance. The incumbent supervises specialised artisans, Artisans and Aides to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the electrical equipment. Supervise, organise and ensure safe and efficient operations of the electrical equipment Maintain systems to ensure business continuity Build good working relationships Drive effective problem solving and continuous improvements Function as an Electrical subject matter expert Diploma, Electrical 6 years' relevant experience, ideally in a smelting maintenance environment 3 years' supervisory experience Preferably you will have: Be a Qualified Electrician Leadership qualification Project management qualification Proficiency in French or Swahili is highly desirable You will have advanced skills and knowledge in: Electrical Operation, Control, Maintenance and Smelting equipment and related equipment Production and Smelter Standard Operating Procedures Original Equipment Manufacturer operation Technical Skills should include: Electrical Engineering knowledge Trouble-shooting / Maintenance Production knowledge Personal Competencies should include: Problem- Solving Analytical and systematic Risk awareness and management Leadership Project management Communication and presentation Flexibility and adaptability- Think on feet Delegation and monitoring of progress skills Detail and quality orientation Drive and results orientation To Be discussed
