Felixton Mill is recruiting an Electrical Foreman to plan, coordinate, delegate and supervise all electrical maintenance tasks to ensure that plant and systems are properly maintained, ensuring optimum runnability of the Mill and minimize breakdowns and downtime ultimately providing an effective service to the Production department. Manage and motivate the electrical team. Ensure a high standard of maintenance and continuous improvement. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual shut planning. Ensure ongoing availability of plant equipment and repairs. Assist with design, control, installation and commissioning of projects. Control contractors. Promote safety, health and environmental issues. Accurate reporting. Periodic standby duties for instrument and electrical department. Must work towards gaining a working knowledge of the instrument department work for standby purposes. Qualifications Grade 12 (Maths & Science) Electrical Trade Test Work Experience 5-years' electrical maintenance experience HT, PLC, VSD and air conditioning experience 3-years' relevant supervisory experience Advantageous Qualifications Studying towards a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Wireman's Licence
