Managing and overseeing the fund's Employee Benefits such as Retirement Plan and group risk benefits (SME market) as well as maintaining strong relationships with the existing client base Ensuring that the Compliance, Investment Strategies, Risk Benefits and monthly collection of the fund members'retirement contribution, to ensure that the funds operate efficiently and fluently Working closely with the Director of the company to achieve sales target REQUIREMENTS: FAIS compliant- minimum 120 credits and have passed RE1 Minimum of 3 years experience in the Employee Benefits and Retirement industry Excellent knowledge and understanding of insurance legislation, specifically Pension Funds Act and recent changes to legislation Computer literacy (MS Office) Valid drivers licence and own vehicle (non negotiable) Sound knowledge of long term insurance or emploee benefits products Knowledge of underwriting process RESPONSIBILITIES: Presenting member presentations, delivery of annual member benefit statements and employee benefit wellness days. Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations via phone/ face to face meetings to various client audiences to secure new client relationships Building and maintaining relationships with current clients Ensuring clear information is given to clients during sales deal Manage and process all annual rate renewals for current clients Dealing with queries and providing information on a range of sales and service issues Ability to initiate re-broke Manage and oversee Section 14 process Prepare Agenda Packs and Minutes of Manco meetings Desired Skills: Employee benefits Retirement plans Retirement contributions Annual rate renewals Section 14 process RE1 FAIS 120 credits Pension Fund Act Group Risk benefits Investment strategies About The Employer: Subsidiary of a well established group of companies in Financial Services industry
