RESPONSIBILITIES Create detailed BESS designs and drawings for construction, utilizing AutoCAD, HOMER or MODBUS Lead the detailed costing of solutions and financial modelling for client presentations, particularly for complex and MV integrated solutions Prepare tender and proposal documents Attend client meetings for business development purposes Ensure compliance with solar and electrical codes and regulations Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems (e.g., battery monitoring platforms) that could impact analytical results Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service Understand and implement compliance documentation Execute new technical integrations to support related activities Manage technical product support Assist and support technicians in project execution SKILLS Excellent technical aptitude Analytical approach to problem solving Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechatronic engineering Pr.
