Calling all Sales Engineer/Snr Account Manager. Previous experience in strategy/business development roles with in the Safety Technology for the Western Cape - knowledge of Gas detections equipment and technology . Knowledge of petrochemical, engineering sectors, manufacturers, offering safety solutions in these sectors. Maintain regular contact with the country-related sales, marketing and service departments and keep them informed of any developments of products and services. Assist countries' sales teams and sales channel partners to achieve Delta plan growth target. Assist in the setup of Sales Channels and building relationships with EPCs and SCPs, System Integrators, and Key Accounts. When appropriate, attend customer visits alongside the sales team. Actively engage with Key Accounts and Key Decision Makers to ensure promotion of portfolio as well as Brand Awareness. Ensure Sales focus for offerings is based on System Solutions, and where applicable including IT tools for visualization and integration of data into higher-order control systems. Act as a point of contact on portfolio matters, communicate actively the offer of support, and direct support requests within the organisation. Implement a support and communication system related to FGDS, providing countries within SSA with support on product and application training, up-to-date information, expertise and opportunities to share knowledge. Assist other departments (e.g. Product Management) in the risk assessment of new products and services. Implement systems and processes to enable the effective monitoring of performance and the identification of improvements in product quality and service delivery. Promote the offering and solutions via marketing tools and also direct promotion (e.g. presenter of hot topics on Trade fairs).
