Reference: NES017878-RS-1We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Engineering Administration Specialist to join our team The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering department by managing bill of materials (BOM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in BOM and ERP software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.Responsibilities: Create and maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) for engineering projects, ensuring all components are properly documented and tracked. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure BOMs align with project requirements and timelines. Update and revise BOMs as needed throughout the product development lifecycle, reflecting design changes, component substitutions, and other modifications. Manage the release and distribution of BOMs to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and documentation. Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and monitor project costs. Generate reports and analyze data from ERP system to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide administrative support to engineering team, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency in engineering operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in engineering administration or related role. Proficiency in bill of materials (BOM) management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
