Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a mining company based in Mpumalanga. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering activities and providing technical support in order to ensure optimal performance of the mining operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the engineering team, providing guidance and support Implement and monitor engineering standards, processes, and procedures Develop and manage engineering budgets and cost control measures Oversee maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability and availability Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations If you are a skilled Engineering Manager with experience in the mining industry, and you are ready for a new challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
