Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and execution of complex engineering projects
Design cutting-edge hydraulic components using your deep technical expertise
Provide invaluable technical advice to customers and colleagues
Conduct site visits to assess requirements and offer solutions
Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure project success
Facilitate internal training on products and technical matters
Review and approve manufacturing drawings for accuracy
Assist in testing hydraulic components to ensure quality standards
Generate detailed quotes for products and systems
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications
Manage and mentor the engineering department, fostering a culture of excellence

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software
Extensive experience in hydraulics, with in-depth knowledge of the field
3+ years of managerial experience (preferred)
