A diverse financial institution specialising in financial wellness is looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team. If you have experience in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise risk & compliance frameworks for telecoms, banks, insurance or broker services, this one is for you.Duties: Enterprise Risk Management Framework Business Continuity Management Framework & methodology Emerging risks and risk mitigating strategies Risk Management and/or Compliance analysis Risk management policies and strategies Risk management and combined assurance reporting Corrective strategies and implementation plans Education: Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing or Risk Management IRMSA member Experience: Min. 10 years of risk and/or compliance experience in fintech/financial services/insurance Min. 5 years Enterprise Risk Management Min. 2 years in a management role R 700 000 - R 840 000 - Annually
