Entyce Beverages Careers Entyce Beverages are looking for a Continuous Improvement Facilitator to add value in process and operational efficiencies optimisation for a manufacturing (blending and packaging) process. This pivotal role is an exceptional opportunity for you to utilize your proven track record in production efficiency improvements, conducting work studies and implementation of WCM principles. Minimum Requirements… Competencies: Problem solving Results focused Deliver customer service Optimise business performance Apply and develop technical/functional skills Communication Plan and think ahead Writing and presenting presentations Knowledge: Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principals Time & motion studies experience Value stream mapping/Problem solving/TPS/standardized work Monitoring and measurement analysis Facilitation of Continuous improvement initiatives(Kaizen) Factory Layout & Facilities planning Capacity analysis/ Scenario planning Computer literacy i.e. Ms Projects, Excel, Word, Power point and CAD Basic workshop hand skills Qualifications and Experience: B.Sc./Mech/Elec/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Equivalent Advanced 2-5 years’ experience In manufacturing environment Job Specification: Time & motion studies on line Software management & Input Systems design and implementation Waste identification and rectification Manpower utilization Process standardization Visual management 5S roll-out Training and implementing change systematically with operator and management buy-in Analyse and report production data, including corrective actions Data capture Ensuring system standards are maintained and in operation Look at streamlining existing process Maintain and update existing site layout How to Apply: Click on the “Apply Now” link below to apply online Closing date: 23rd May, 2013
