A person who enjoys professional interaction, is soft-spoken and deadline-driven will be better suited to this role. The Directors travel extensively and need an experienced EA to manage the office in their absence. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, with much of face-to-face interaction. REQUIREMENTS: Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Excellent communication skills Maturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionally Strong computer and typing abilities Proactive, and taking initiative Flexible, and adaptable to change Valid driver's license and own transport Some financial exposure, advantageous DUTIES : Liaising with clients Typing up of quotes Typing up of contracts and confidential documents Answering incoming calls and attending to enquiries Screening calls for two Directors Diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating such Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are provided Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Directors Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travel Ordering of consumables and stationery Marketing and newsletters Coordinate courier services Salary: depending on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
