This is a senior position managing Heads of Department. Our client, a well-known & well-established South African listed company, has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Richards Bay. Key Performance Areas: Organize office and general admin duties. Organize meetings, manage calendars, and attend to visitors. Take minutes, follow up report to Management. Make travel arrangement and booking of venues and organize refreshments. Place orders and receive deliveries of parcels, emails and faxes. Calendar management Communication & correspondence Travel arrangements Office administration Meeting support Team support Preparation of documents Requirements: Matric with a Secretarial Qualification or Diploma would be an advantage 2 years' experience in managing office, admin, & secretary Driver's license Excellent administrative & organizational skills Able to work under pressure & multitask High level of attention to detail & formatting of documents Strong written & verbal communication abilities Apply Now
