The Executive Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. The ideal candidate will have incredible energy, excellent communication, amazing interpersonal skills, as they will set the tone for client communications and represent our CEO and the company. Our client, based in the USA, specializes in providing computer repair and desktop support services, while monitoring and maintaining computer networks to ensure maximum efficiency 24/7/365. About RemoteDesk RemoteDesk hires only the best South African staff for American MSP's Initial 3 months CONTRACT , which would then be extended if the client is happy with your performance. Requirements: Good Internet Connection (Minimum 10MB) & Good Spec Computer, at least 2 monitors, Power backup supply - like an invertor or generator. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Utilize Microsoft Office, Zomentum, and AutoTask to communicate, organize, and schedule objectives for the CEO. • Assist the CEO with assigned objectives, and coordinate with the rest of the company to accomplish tasks as directed. • Help the CEO stay on task, meet all commitments and obligations, and prioritize his schedule • Field requests for meetings with the CEO, organize and schedule meetings using Outlook, and AutoTask. • Assist the CEO with meeting their schedule demands and provide reminders and updates about upcoming appointments. When issues interfere with the CEO keeping promised appointments, work with the client or vendor to reschedule. • Run errands for the CEO, such as ordering and arranging collection of lunches and food for events, purchasing small client and vendor gifts or cards for special occasions, and coordinating other events and objectives as needed. • Update, organize, and file documentation at the direction of the CEO. • Make company announcements at the direction of the CEO. • Help organize, clean, and maintain office communal areas, including stocking snacks and drinks. • Book all travel for CEO and associates within the company as well as build itineraries when applicable. • Participation in company projects, meetings, and objectives. PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE IT INDUSTRY, ESPECIALLY AN MSP WOULD BE HIGHLY ADVANTAGES.
