- Responsible for the administration and control of all Kitchen areas
- Supervises Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Cooks and all other kitchen staff
- Assists in menu planning, food purchasing, food cost control and various other assignments, i.e. menu pricing, banquets, etc..
- Supervises and checks the quality and quantity of food served
Education and Experience
Must have experience working with 5-star hotels
Diploma/Degree from International Hotel School in Culinary Arts/Cookery or related
