Requirements: Matric, relevant qualification advantageous 4 – 5 Years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in office software and technology tools Own transport required Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and organize the Directors schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements Act as a gatekeeper, screening, and prioritizing communications Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure seamless business operations
