Our global client is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join their team. Please note: the role will be based in London with work sponsorship on offer. Provision of secretarial /administration support. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors. Serving drinks for clients and guests. Answering and forwarding telephone calls. Managing calls and posts/courier. Maintaining the appearance of the meeting room and reception areas. Processing orders for office supplies and IT equipment. Organising the travel arrangements for the team. Organising induction programmes for new employees. Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems. Assisting and supporting Events, Business Development and HR teams in various admin tasks Assisting the business development team including lead chasing. Relevant experience in a similar role. Experience working in a client-centric environment. Good knowledge of MS Office. Apply Now
