Reference: PTA001149-JP-1 A specialised agricultural company is seeking a dynamic executive PA to provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, by managing schedules, organising meetings, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements. Minimum requirements for the role: Must have completed a National Senior Certificate Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar executive support role is essential Must have advanced interpersonal communication skills and business etiquette Excellent people skills in an executive environment is important Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI will be required for this role Valid Driver's License and be willing to travel when required The successful candidate will be responsible for: Efficiently managing the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handling incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Assisting in preparing for meetings by organising materials, compiling agendas, and providing relevant background information. Arranging travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning, in-line with the CEO's schedule and preferences. Managing documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO. Creating, editing, and proofreading documents to ensure an organised electronic and physical filing systems. Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information related to the CEO's business and personal affairs. Assisting the CEO in prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and objectives. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and executives on behalf of the CEO, including networking, attending events, and facilitating introductions. Supporting the CEO on various special projects, initiatives or assignments, including research, analysis, and coordinating with team members. Providing personal assistance to the CEO as required, including handling errands, managing household tasks, or coordinating family-related activities. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient systems to streamline workflow and optimize productivity. Providing support to the CEO during emergencies or urgent situations, including outside regular business hours. Meeting the evolving needs and demands of the CEO's schedule and responsibilities.
