Accurately and efficiently monitor driver performance on route. Manage all exceptions and alerts identified on the TMS. Identify potential risks and acting timeously on it. Assist with investigations and reporting on findings to management. Reporting of any deviations, incidents and risks to the company. Assisting drivers with on-route issues with their mobile devices and accuracy of information recorded. Reporting any issues with the TMS immediately. Work long hours (Shift work). Maintaining contact with drivers at all times. Strive for continuous improvements. Min 3 Years experience High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability Knowledge of Transport Management Systems Computer literate Ability to understand and anticipate client needs. Good interpersonal skills Industry knowledge in FMCG/Logistics Negotiable
