MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ?

• Valid South African Drivers License.
• Senior Certificate.

SKILLS:?

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to take instructions and complete tasks.
• Work Independently.
• Take initiative without overstepping boundaries.

EXPERIENCE: ?

• In a Corporate Dealership Min 5+ years.
• Dealer Programs: BSI / Evolve / Kerridge / CMS.
• Ford / Mazda Warranty experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ✅

• Must be able to perform various tasks such as:.
• The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly Up Selling Sales targets, Achieving CSI / CVP above 95%, attend training.
• Must be ambitious, energetic, and determined to succeed.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Booking in of Vehicles with clients.
• Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
• Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician.
• Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
• Up selling of other products.
• Maintaining a CSI / CVP of 90% and above.
