Thank you JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES: -Drive our Kia K2700 truck safely and efficiently -Handle customer calls and schedule removals/appointments -Plan the best routes for our truck -Load/unload rubble & supervise/manage the helper -Network within the construction industry (BIG PLUS) REQUIREMENTS: -Valid SA driver's license -Fluent in English -Previous rubble removal experience (MUST HAVE) -Organised, strong work ethic, & positive attitude COMPENSATION: More effort more pay Effort pays off—more loads and days worked mean higher earnings and bonuses for you Compensation starts from 2 loads/day: -2 loads: R120 daily -3 loads: R250 daily -4 loads: R400 daily R40 bonus -5 loads: R400 daily R70 bonus -6 loads: R400 daily R150 bonus Additional Bonuses: -Work 23 days in a month to earn R500 bonus for that month. -Work 23 days in a month AND achieve average 4 loads/day to earn R2000 bonus for that month. -Work 23 days in a month AND achieve average 5 loads/day to earn R3500 bonus for that month. -Work 23 days in a month AND achieve average 6 loads/day to earn R6000 bonus for that month.
