Purpose of the position Fostering good dealer relationships, finding new business for the company. Key Responsibilities Productivity Market the company's financial products, being Operating Rental and Financial Leases, to end user customers and suppliers of technology-based equipment in the main. Provide Company/Bank Credit & Risk departments with the requisite information to adequately assess a risk of approving a supplier who we will be prepared to take on as an approved supplier Provide Company/Bank Credit & Risk departments with the requisite information to adequately assess a risk on an end user for credit to grant facilities for asset acquisition. Promote value added services such as Insurance to client base Train dealer base on company products Build on existing relationship with dealers and end users for ongoing business continuity. Train dealers on company products and industry requirements in general Reliability Attitude and willingness to go the extra mile Provide dealers with feedback and information timeously.- Quality Workplace Ensure quality applications are presented to credit for assessment Attention to detail in the preparation and first checking of contracts when received on site. Updating Sales Manager on prospects Updating reports as and when within required timeframes Interaction Enhancing new business by cold calling and other opportunities Professional interactions with both internal and external stakeholders Product knowledge of company service offering Engage other departments/individuals to ensure best practice.- Workplace Etiquette Good Communication with Dealer and External Adhere to Desktop and HR policies (Time keeping/Leave/Telephone) Dependability Initiative Judgment and decision making Teamwork Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 (Matric) Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing or financial field will be an advantage. 3 - 5 Years' experience in the Operating Rental industry will be an advantage. Experience / existing base will be an advantage Computer literate Product knowledge Experience in motivating and presenting transactions to a credit panel an advantage. Bookkeeping/Accounting skills an advantage Financial Acumen must be able to work out calculations. Excel, Word & Outlook Procedural efficiency Excellent planner Operate under pressure. Team effectiveness Languages Good communication skills both written and verbal in English and Afrikaans essential Desired Skills: Conflict Management Negotiation Interpersonal Communication Customer Liason Problem Solving And Decision Making Good time management Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric Apply Now
