To ensure a sustainable organisational capability. Execute Business Unit medium and short-term people plans. To assist in the building of the Business Unit workforce plan. MAJOR CHALLENGES: The organisational capability to attract and retain talent and skills in order to meet the business objectives. Working in a matrix structure. Manage relationships with line management, employees and Unions, to ensure they take accountability for their people processes. Accuracy of master data to enable decisions with line management.
