This pivotal role entails overseeing the installation, maintenance, configuration, and operation of production equipment, ensuring alignment with production, quality, and testing protocols. Additionally, responsibilities encompass factory development engineering, project delivery, and maintenance initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronic/electrical product assembly processes, coupled with at least 3 years of team supervision within production operations. Proficiency in factory facilities, electrical, and pneumatic systems is imperative, alongside a working familiarity with statistical methods, process capability, and quality enhancement techniques. Prior involvement with telecom and/or energy products is viewed as advantageous.
