This pivotal position involves supervising the installation, upkeep, configuration, and operation of production equipment to ensure adherence to production, quality, and testing standards. Additionally, duties include overseeing factory development engineering, managing project delivery, and leading maintenance projects.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronic/electrical product assembly processes, along with at least 3 years of team supervision in production operations. Proficiency in factory facilities, electrical, and pneumatic systems is crucial, as is familiarity with statistical methods, process capability, and quality improvement techniques. Previous involvement with telecom and/or energy products is considered advantageous.
