What You'll Bring:

National Diploma in Production, Operations or Sales Management
Degree or Post Graduate Degree would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years experience of local roof industry
Minimum 10-15 years experience in operations and manufacturing
Minimum 6 10 years experience in a management position
A Mechanical/Electrical background in Roll milling operations processes and equipment is advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience using Microsoft packages
Strong labour relationships are essential
Knowledge of machine set up, roll settings is advantageous, as well as the respective methods of fault finding and resolution
Sound understanding of Production management
