Factory Supervisor - Gauteng
Our client in the manufacturing / production industry is seeking a well experience Factory Manager to join the team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and staff supervision. Key responsibilities for this role include:Overseeing all aspects of production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are metDeveloping and implementing production schedules and strategies to optimize output and minimize downtimeMonitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvementManaging inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels at all timesLeading and supervising a team of production staff, providing training and support as neededEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and implementing best practices to create a safe working environmentCollaborating with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of productsIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency Qualifications & ExperienceRelevant Degree: Engineering / Production or OperationsQualified ArtisanMin 10 Years experience in a technical manufacturing environmentCNC Milling and Lathe programmes essentialMust have previous experience on Drafting Software, AutoCad or Inventor Reliable Transport The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with strong leadership and communication skills.If you have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in manufacturing / production industry.
