A live in position This position needs to be filled imm Duties and responsibilities Purchasing F&B stockStock controlGoods receivingstock takesPlanning of F&B budgetscosting of menus for restaurantsfinancial reportsManage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsDesign exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvementsIdentify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and proceduresProvide a two way communication and nurture a sound environment with emphasis on motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulationsReport on management regarding sales results and productivityResponsible for the standards of service delivered to the guests in the bars, dining rooms, buffets and all other food & beverage outlets by F&B employees.
