Required Qualifications Grade 12 Agricultural Qualification Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position Technical Competencies and responsibilities Supervision of staff. Monitoring of crops. Handling various administrative tasks. Preparing of budgets, purchase supplies. Maintaining relationships with vendors and clients. Ensuring maximum profitability. Behavioural Competencies: Ability to perform under pressure. Ability to set deadlines and achieve them. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Literacy and numeracy skills Enthusiastic and optimistic personality Strong computer knowledge including accounting software and Excel skills.
