Description Position duties: Follow-up and control of the daily harvest program by taking samples and updating the kpi board. Carry out random monitoring of the main pests and diseases (Lemon Borer Moth, Botriytis, Bud Mite, Red Scale, Trips, Mealibug). Ensure the completion of the main agricultural tasks, in the correct manner and at the correct time (Pruning, Fertilization, Spraying, Herbicide, Irrigation). Build degradation curves of chemical products in conjunction with the Quality Department. Participate in performance trials of new varieties and chemical products defined by Quality manager and Production manager. Participate in data collection to track grower costs in conjunction with management control and the Production Manager. Position requirements: Relevant farm experience Extrovert individual who can gel in with many different crowds Relevant tertiary education is advantageous
