RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene and safety) To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures Effective communication and management of all staff Support and coach restaurant staff as required Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary Ordering, Control and receiving of stock Effective scheduling of restaurant staff Managing controllable expenses Submitting of relevant reports Cash handling and banking Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints Requirements Grade 12 South African Residents only MUST have a minimum of 2 years Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor experience (McDonalds, Burger King, or KFC is preferred) Computer literate - MS Office Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/ GAAP or similar POS) Excellent mathematical and literacy skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Able to work shifts and irregular hours Capable of leading and motivating individuals and a team No criminal record
