Taking responsibility of 6 Breeder houses. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Taking responsibility of 6 Breeder houses. Managing staff, risk management and bio-security. Welfare of the birds. Clear understanding of registers, graphs, vaccinations, ventilation etc. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: A matric qualification. 5 Years relevant Breeder experience in supervising a large poultry production complex. The ability to cope under pressure. Clear understanding of 20 keys. High standard towards housekeeping and attention to detail. Computer knowledge will be an added advantage. The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills. Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
