Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our client's team in the Food and Beverages Industry. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our client's brand, promoting their products, and driving sales in your assigned territory. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about the food and beverages industry and enjoys building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in your territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service Present product offerings and negotiate contracts to secure new business Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management Requirements Matric Marketing or Business related qualification will be beneficial 3 Years Sales Experience Sound understanding of the FMCG industry, with dairy focus being an advantage Previous experience in a customer and/or consumer focused role Commercial acumen Proven negotiation skills Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
