- Grade 12
- Audio Visual system experience
- Crestron and Extron programming
- DSP programming
- Polycom and Avaya experience
- Own car and valid license
- More than 2 years audio visual experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of wiring, cable termination
- Able to work over time, be on standby and travel when required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remote and telephonic support to clients
- Site visits
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Faul finding
- Configure video conferencing and audio visual equipment
- Installations
- Programming of Crestron and Extron control systems
- Assist on-site Technician as needed
