We are seeking a Field Support Engineer Team Lead with technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service acumen.

What you’ll do:
- Team Management
- VIP Support
- Call Management
- Desktop Support
- Mobile Device Support
- Fault finding/troubleshooting
- User satisfaction, training, knowledge sharing, remote and telephonic support, problem-solving and documentationÂ
Your expertise:
- 5 years’ customer service delivery; basic Server network support. Knowledge and support on Desktop, Notebook, Printers, and Smartphones
- Generalist Go getter
Qualifications required:
- MCSE, ITILv4 A+, N+ and S+
Other information applicable to the opportunity:
- Contract Position (13 Months)
- Location: Client based in Croydon, Kempton Park
- Work Environment: Office environment
- Physical Demands: Sitting, Lifting, Bending and driving
- Travel: Travelling will be requiredÂ
