We are recruiting for Finance and Accounts Clerk position for a client based in Cato Ridge Debtors (Domestic): • Issuing month-end statement to the customers • Mailing invoices to the customers and resolving query if any arising of them • Closing domestic sales after receiving proof of delivery • Help marketing in debit notes/ credit notes to clear the query • Initiating and conducting a fortnightly meeting to discuss overdue receivable with domestic marketing. • Helping to resolve customer returns/ query related to price etc. • Enters all domestic receipts from customers and allocates the funds received to individual invoices Insurance (Credit Risk): • Maintaining adequate credit risk insurance for all domestic sales • Liaising with the insurer should there be an event of default by customer or for adding a new customer • Monthly declaration of the exposure to the insurer and ensuring monthly premium are calculated correctly. M I N I MUM RE Q U I REMENT S : • Degree/Diploma in a finance related field. • Experience in financial, administrative, and clerical services. • 2 years minimum experience in similar role. R16k ctc
