Robert Walters South Africa In this role, you will oversee daily team operations, ensuring alignment with SLAs and maintaining stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include regular review of statistics, compiling monthly reports on KRIs and team dashboards. You'll foster a culture of continuous learning, individual growth, and accountability within the team. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to process improvement, assess the impact of system changes, and manage risk and incidents. Providing guidance and support, along with collaborating on IT change requests, are integral aspects of this position Key qualifications for the Finance Admin Team Leader:Bachelor of Commerce in Finance2-3 years in a leadership role essentialStrong knowledge of products offered by Private BanksProficiency in processing and workflow systemsSound understanding of operational environments Key duties for the Finance Admin Team Leader include but are not limited to:Understand the team's purpose and the impact of non-delivery to client experience and brandContinuous stakeholder engagement and managementDaily management of the team and SLA'sDaily and weekly review of stats and out of SLA requestsMonthly compilation of stats, KRI's, and team dashboardsAssist team when required and offer guidance and training on processes specific to the team as well as inter-related workflows across other teams within the bankConstantly look at continuous improvement of operational processes in relation to client experience and strategyUnderstand the impact of any system and process changes and proactively amend and create process documents for the operational processInvolvement in testing with IT on change requests that would impact and improve operational processesCreation and updating of test packsRisk, incident, and business continuity management for the teamAd hoc requests and investigations on queries Key personal skills:Intelligent and energeticPassionate, with high integrityCurious and open to challengesFlexible attitude, comfortable with ambiguityWilling to challenge the status quoRespects diversity, talent, and leadershipSelf-management skillsAbility to build strong relationshipsPerformance-driven in unconventional environments If you are an intelligent and energetic individual, passionate about leading innovation and implementing advanced strategies in Finance Administration, we invite you to connect with us for more details and information.
