Successful candidate must be available immediately Invoicing clients and accepting payments Sending clients quotations Reconciling invoices on a monthly basis Allocating electronic payments Banking / reconciling Sending reconciliation statements monthly to clients Following up on outstanding payments Data Capturing Corresponding with clients telephonically and via e-mail Handling of Petty cash Assisting Directors with documentation Clock cards for payroll submission Vehicle license renewals Keeping documents filed Filing of all paperwork, debtors//creditors Collection of parts occasionally Computer literate (MS Word) Sage one Accounting Preferrably reside within the Alberton area R14, 000.00 p/m CTC
