The primary responsibilities of this role include managing debtors and creditors. Finance Administrator Capturing of CB (payments/receipts), (Suppliers), (Debtors),(Inter-Company Invoicing),(Capex Invoicing) and (Credit Cards) Reporting (Capex, Invoice report & finance sheets) Bi-Weekly finance meetings Payment preparation for Suppliers Any other finance assistance that we might need from you Qualifications and competencies: Matric and tertiary education Minimum of three years of related experience Must have experience with Pastel Computer literate in Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel Debtors and Creditors experience Skills and abilities required: Punctual Great communication skills Bilingual (preferably) Highly organized Assertive Proactive Positive and outgoing Sociable/extrovert Team player A flare for problem-Solving Excellent communication skills Out the box thinking and the ability to work independently Superb attention to detail Strive for excellence, accuracy and be deadline driven Basic Salary - R15,000.00 per month.
