Finance and Controlling Manager - - Johannesburg

Tasks:

Analyzing sales data and creating sales and earnings forecasts such as forecast and budget.
Performing result checks, plan/actual comparisons and deriving measures.
Developing appropriate proposals to optimize sales figures.
Further development and implementation of appropriate analysis tools to control all sales and loading activities.
Preparation and support of commercial negotiations.
Elaboration and evaluation of offers incl. preparation of recommendations for action.
Preparation of regular reports and sales-specific controlling reports.
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and clarification of possible deviations.
Developing, implementing and executing an appropriate quality and performance monitoring system.

Requirements:

Degree in economics/business administration/business informatics or comparable with a Bachelor''s or master''s degree
Fluency in German & English
Several years of professional experience in controlling or a comparable field
Strong communication skills, commitment, thoroughness & and ability to work in a team
High level of commitment & initiative as well as independent & structured way of working
Highly motivated for new topics & able to work on several tasks at the same time
Strong analytical thinking skills even under fast-changing influences
Very good knowledge of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, Knowledge of SAP, Power BI or similar and Python as an asset
Willingness to travel on business
