RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Finance Clerk to join our clients team in Cape Town. As a Finance Clerk, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance department by accurately processing financial transactions and maintaining financial records. Your role will involve tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expense claims Accurately code and record financial data into the system Maintain and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis Provide administrative support to the Finance department Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Finance Clerk or similar role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in using financial software and MS Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures Benefits Salary negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
