Qualifications and Requirements: Matric essential Diploma advantageous Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Proficiency in Sage for managing creditors advantageous Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in both Zulu (advantageous) and English Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing spreadsheets and data Valid driver's license required for occasional travel or errands essential Key Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for the trading of commodities and hiring of heavy equipment, ensuring timely delivery and efficient transportation Manage creditors, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records in Sage Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining spreadsheets in Excel Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve any logistics or creditors-related issues Utilize Monday.com to track and manage tasks, deadlines, and project progress Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role and industry R18 000 - Monthly
