Role Description: Position: Finance Manager Location: Centurion, Full-time On-site As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. Key duties will involve financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Completed SAIPA, SAIBA, CIMA, SAICA qualification Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls Track record of successful budget development and management, forecasting, and financial modeling Strong grasp of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently Proficiency with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite If you're passionate about finance, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
