The selected individual will play a crucial role in guiding the company's financial strategy and health. This involves management of detailed budgeting and financial planning frameworks. The job requires a diligent approach to managing finances, which includes developing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and producing accurate financial reports. Through maintaining the precision and reliability of financial information, the Finance Manager will aid in making well-informed decisions throughout the company. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field Postgraduate (preferred) Proven expertise in financial management and accountability Minimum 5 years' experience Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures that align with company goals. Spearhead the budgeting process, from preparation to analysis, focusing on direct and indirect costs, actual versus projected variances, and market performance insights. Serve as the primary financial liaison with global partners, acting as a strategic advisor and partner in financial matters. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for new product introductions and promotional activities. Continuously evaluate and improve budgeting and financial controlling processes. Utilize financial analysis to refine pricing and promotional strategies. Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to and advocate for company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Lead a dynamic finance team, fostering an environment of excellence in financial reporting, analysis, and control. Ensure daily financial oversight, maintaining meticulous records and performing accurate financial transactions and allocations.
