Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: Cape TownJob Type: Full-time, permanentJob Description:The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures- Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management- Monitor and control company budgets- Forecast financial trends and identify potential risks and opportunities- Manage the financial close process- Work closely with external auditors on financial audits- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations- Supervise and mentor junior finance staffQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field- CA(SA) or CGMA certification preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance-related role- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- 7 years Supply Chain/Logistics experienceIf you are a driven and experienced finance professional looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
