Qualifications:

BCom Accounting
Must have relevant 5 to 8 years experience solid track record working as a Financial Manager
Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL
Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL
Must have a valid drivers licence, own transport advised
Must be prepared to travel if required by the company
Must be able to manage the financial team
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest,Passionate

Skills:

MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook) Advanced
Sage Evolution Experience ESSENTIAL

Job description:

Management of accounts department
Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
Cash Flow forecasting
Payroll for total staff complement
Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skills levels
Statutory submissions
Year End Audits
Annual Budgets
As the Financial Manager, your previous experience includes, but is not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision. You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.
