Required Qualifications At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role Accounting/Financial Degree Technical Competencies and responsibilities Control of the ledger. Checking and ensuring, the accurate posting of items. Reconciling bank statements and control accounts. Discussing the financials with the Board EXCO. Monthly and yearly cash flow constructed and discussed at the Manco Meeting and Board EXCO meetings. Compilation of annual Budget. Ensuring the correct processing of Salaries and payment of deductions, e.g., PAYE, skills levy etc. Behavioural Competencies: Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
