Duties:
- Oversee accounts payable, sign off recons prepared by the creditors clerk.
- Prepare key account supplier recons.
- Run payments off in the ERP.
- Match system cost to supplier cost.
- Ensure that the trial balance is report ready at each month end close.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure there are no discrepancies between general ledger and sub general ledger.
- Prepare the daily banking report.
